Right after I bought mine the product was put on hold by Amazon and was not for sale due to problems, I was told, of a faulty handle. It now appears I received one with the faulty handle. I will see if Amazon will replace it. I was told of a handle problem at the time I purchased my mug. The mug was not for sale for a time due to a faulty handle. I feel they owe me a new mug. ---... I don't know why Amazon took it down, if you ask me this is just a fantastic mug. My only complaint would be that it keeps my coffee to hot in the morning - I actually have to open the mug to let it cool (this is after like an hour or 2 of sitting in the mug.) |
